Entering Practice Activities The ‘Activity’ entry screen is displayed by clicking the ‘Activities’ tab as shown in Figure 11. Check to see that the word ‘Activities’ is in bold type to ensure that one is working within the ‘Activities" section of the practice as shown in Figure 11. To enter your practice activities, follow he steps in the following figure. 
The ‘Conclusion’ entry screen is displayed by clicking the ‘Conclusion’ tab as shown in Figure 12. Check to see that the word ‘Conclusion’ is in bold type to ensure that one is working within the ‘Activities’ section of the practice as shown in Figure 12. Follow the procedure below to enter your conclusion.
Once you've completed entering your practice conclusion, you are ready
to print your practice plan

here to display the Warm-Up screen
Fill in Warm-Up
activity fields
Click
New to add an additional warm-up activity
Click the
Left and Right direction buttons to move to the previous or next activity
Click Reorder
to chance activity order
Click Delete
to remove an activity.
Click Open/Save
to use previously saved warm ups or save for future reference
Click Done
when you've completed Warm-Up entry
