One of Teamanizer’s most powerful features, is
the ability to use pre-written Teamanizer drills or reuse your own!
The following sections detail how to open and save your warm-up activities.
Open a Warm-up
The ‘Open Warm-up button at the bottom of the pane allows you to paste
pre-written warm-ups that were saved in another file onto the current ‘Warm-ups
Description’ box. Once the ‘Open Warm-up’ button is selected, a new ‘Open
Warm-up’ pop up dialog appears as shown in the following figure.
Figure 9 Open Warm-up Window
Here, you can either select the particular file you want opened or you
can type the desired filename in the box labeled ‘Filename.’ Once one of
the two opening options has been completed, you need to click the ‘Open’
button on the right hand side of the ‘Open Warm-up pop up. The notes stored
in the file will be pasted in the ‘Warm-ups Description’ section starting
at the top left-hand corner. The name of the warm-up will be placed into
the ‘Warm-up Name’ box automatically. You may add or change any information
in the file once it is pasted in the ‘Warm-up Description’ section; however,
you may not open another file because it will erase anything previously
written in the box. If you decide that you don't want to open anything,
simply click the ‘Cancel’ button beneath the ‘Open’ button in the ‘Open
Warm-up’ window. This will return you to the original ‘Warm-ups’ pane in
the ‘Warm-ups Description’ box.
Save Warm-ups
The ‘Save Warm-up As…’ button allows you to save any information written
in the ‘Warm-ups Description’ section of the ‘Warm-ups’ pane. To save the
written notes in a file other than that of the individual warm-up, move
the mouse cursor to the ‘Save Warm-up As…’ button at the bottom right of
the ‘Warm-up’ tab shown in Error! Reference source not found. and click.
A new window labeled ‘Save Warm-up As’ will appear with the name from the
‘Warm-up Name’ box as the default name for the file as shown in the following
figure.
Figure 10 Save Warm-up As Window
In this dialog, you will name and save the warm-up in a specific file.
If the warm-up is a revision of an old version of a saved warm-up, you
can highlight the name of the old file and click on the ‘Save’ button.
If the warm-up is new, place the cursor in the box labeled ‘Filename’,
click, and type the desired filename. Then click on the ‘Save’ button.
If the ‘Save Warm-up As…’ button is selected by accident or you choose
not to save your warm-up, click on the ‘Cancel, button and the pane will
return to the ‘Warm-up’ tab.
