Step #5 Entering Your Scrimmages

The procedure for entering your team scrimmages is identical to the procedure for entering games.  To begin entering your games, click on the ‘Scrimmages’ folder in the ‘Browser’ pane.  Once ‘Scrimmages’ is highlighted, the right hand pane will become a ‘List’ pane labeled ‘Scrimmages’ (if there are no games, the pane will be empty).

To create a new scrimmage, click the ‘New’ button at the bottom of the ‘Browser’ pane.  A pane labeled ‘New Scrimmage’ will replace the ‘List’ pane.  This is the pane that will allow information to be entered.  To enter your scrimmage, follow the steps shown in Step #4 Entering Your Games.

Step #6 Entering Other Events

The procedure for entering other events is identical to the procedure for entering games.  An example of an other event is a parent's meeting, parent child game, or end of season banquet.  To begin entering your events, click on the ‘Other Events’ folder in the ‘Browser’ pane.  Once this is highlighted, the right hand pane will become a ‘List’ pane labeled ‘Other Events’ (if there are no events, the pane will be empty).
To create a new event click the ‘New’ button at the bottom of the ‘Browser’ pane.  A pane labeled ‘New Other Event’ will replace the ‘List’ pane.  This is the pane that will allow information to be entered.  To enter your event, follow the steps shown in Step #4 Entering Your Games.

Reports You Can Generate After Step #6

  • Attendance Sheets - Attendance sheets allow you to keep track of player's attendance at team events throughout the season.  The activities included on the attendance sheets are configurable.  You can select to include games, practices, scrimmages, and other events on your attendance sheet.
  • Treat Sign Up Sheets – Quite often, parents will take turns bringing treats to team events.  Teamanizer generates a sign up sheet to facilitate treat sign up and ensure all events are covered. You can select to include games, practices, scrimmages, and other events on your sign up sheet.
  •  Game Reports - Game reports are useful if want to record game statistics. Reports differ based on the ‘Sport’ you've selected when you created your team (refer to Step #1).  Teamanizer currently generates Score Sheets, Stats Sheets, and Shot Sheets.  When generating these reports player and team information is automatically printed on the report to save you time.
  • Schedule  -  Teamanizer generates a team schedule based on all the team events you've entered.  You can select to include or exclude games, practices, scrimmages, and other events on your schedule.
To view examples of Teamanizer reports, select a report from the menu and then select the print preview button.
