Reports You can Generate After
Step #3
At this point, you've entered your team
information, your coaches, and players. The
following is a list of reports Teamanizer can
generate with this basic information:

Announcement Slips -
Announcement slips are used as reminders to
the players of upcoming events. The format
of announcement slips consists of each
player's name and the message to be
relayed. The purpose of printing each name
is so you will know who hasn't received a
message. If there are extra slips left over
once you hand them out to the players, you
will know exactly who still needs to be
contacted.

Name Tags - This is
most useful in early practice sessions
before Coach knows players names. Each name
tag will contain the players name along with
the additional information you select such
as team name or player position.

Phone List – The
Phone List Report is a useful aid in
ensuring all players are contacted in the
event that phone messages are needed. The
report contains the reason for the phone
call (i.e. game cancellation), a checklist
containing each players name, phone number,
parents names, and a notes area to record
any information on the phone call.

Team Directory – The
team directory or team roster contains a
list of each player and coach with their
associated information such as address,
phone number, and parent's names. Teamanizer
allows you the option of including or
excluding this information on the roster so
you can tailor it to your needs. A team
roster is a good report to distribute the
first practice so all parents, players, and
coaches can easily contact one another as
required throughout the season for things
like carpools.

Uniform Sheet -
Uniform Checkout & Return reports provide a
check out and return record for uniforms.
This feature is only enabled if a Sport has
been entered when you entered your team
information (Step #1).
To generate reports, follow the
steps as shown below.

 Click on Reports - click on
the report you desire from this list.
To view examples of Teamanizer
reports, select a report from the menu and then
select the print preview button.
